Please note that the Member Services Desk will be closed for Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday 5/28 – Monday, 5/30.
HOW TO OBTAIN A NEW ACCESS KEY
- Visit the Clubhouse during the distribution hours outlined below.
- Bring your drivers license/photo ID, so we can verify your identity.
- Bring the whole family – each member of the household must be present to pick up their access key, and those under 16 who do not have a photo ID must be accompanied by a parent.
- If you are a tenant, bring your lease agreement so that we may complete your registration.
- If your deed lists an LLC, Trust, or another name, please be sure to bring a photo ID showing your property address, or a piece of mail with your name and address so we can verify your residency.
